Project Overview
Unity Custom Care is an online service that provides dedicated post surgery care for patients. This project has tasked us with creating, building and maintaining a custom web application that brings together Patients, Physicians, and Caregivers to a central location for recovery process efficiency. Each category of caregiver is given access to a unique portal for their particular need. Patients are assigned advisors once logged into their secure portal that help guide them through each step of their recovery – including tips to shorten recovery time. Physicians have access to their patient information, providing them the ability to check on recovery status as well as receive vital post-procedure detail on progress. Caregivers have access to reach out to patients and offer them them advice on recovery, post-op care and provide aid on what patient resources are available. Together, this application provides a service that is seamless and dedicated to the patient’s well being.
